One idea, a whole week

Volume problems are usually idea problems. Extract more from a single sharp point.

Choose one claim you can defend with an example. That claim is the week. Everything else — a short post, a diagram, a paragraph in a newsletter, a line in an outreach note — is a cut of the same idea.

Write the long version first, even if you never publish it. The long version is where you notice the weak sentence. The short versions inherit whatever you clarified.

Schedule a 90-minute block, not a personality. People who “create content” every day are often rewriting the same fog. People with a block ship a set.

At the end of the week, keep the line that got a specific reply. That line is next month’s offer language.

A first message that can earn a reply

The job of the first note is not to close. It is to be worth answering.
