About

A school for the version of growth you can actually run.

Elena Voss is the fictional founder of Azimuth. The biography below is written for this design study — it is not a profile of a real instructor.

I came up inside growth teams that already had distribution: a brand people recognized, a budget, and someone whose only job was the channel. The playbooks we used fell apart the moment a founder tried them alone.

Azimuth is the repair. A finite curriculum. Language treated as part of the product. Research limited to what a market says in public. Assistants used as a drafting bench, not as a strategy.

The free notes are the front door. Growth OS is the full practice. The Studio is for twenty people who want the work done on their own offer, in a room, for eight weeks.

If you are looking for a promise of revenue, this is the wrong school. The work makes an offer easier to explain and a week easier to run. The market still decides.

Principles

  1. 01

    Finite systems

A short list of moves, practiced, beats a library you will never finish.

  2. 02

    Public research

Study what a market says in public. Do not pretend you have access you do not have.

  3. 03

    A weekly cadence

Heroic launches fade. A block on the calendar is the whole strategy for most small teams.

  4. 04

    Language is the product

If the sentence is muddy, the offer is muddy. Writing is not the decoration at the end.

  5. 05

    Assistants draft

Use tools to produce options. The decision — who it is for, what you claim — stays with you.
